When I first started working with Emelie I had reached a point that I knew I either had to sort out my relationship with food or accept I would live my life controlled by food and disordered eating. I have a history of disordered eating for as long as I can remember and have always had awful body image - even at my smallest I thought I should be smaller and tried every diet out there. This resulted in my life becoming dictated by various rules and daddy food plans. 

After the program, I went on an all-inclusive holiday and it was the first time I’ve ever had such a good relationship with food and myself. I was rocking dresses and swimming costumes with cut-outs, cycling shorts (I have not had them in my wardrobe since I was 9!) and eating three meals per day!

I don’t have the binge/restrict mentality about food now - I eat what I want and don’t feel any guilt around it.
