I’m a Registered Nutritionist (AfN) with a Bachelor's in Psychology and a Master's in Nutrition and Behaviors. With over a decade of experience, I've guided hundreds of clients to reclaim their lives from the grip of binge eating and emotional eating.

But my journey to this profession wasn't just about academic achievements. For years, I battled as a secretive binge eater myself, intimately understanding the shame and frustration that comes with promising tomorrow will be different, only to face disappointment.

I've stood in supermarket aisles, hiding my cart full of 'junk' food after a perfect week of eating, fearing I’ll run into someone I know.

Holidays and special occasions were dreaded because of how uncomfortable I felt in my own skin.
